Safari Itinerary
Meals: Lunch & Dinner
Pickup from your hotel at 5.00 a.m and drive to Tsavo East game viewing which includes a visit to Kanderi swamps, Aruba dam where you get to have a captivating view of the red elephants, lions, cheetahs, giraffes and different antelope species.
You’ll take lunch at Voi Safari Lodge.
After lunch we’ll be exploring the park, especially its famous watering holes like Mudanda rock, the Aruba dam and the Galana river.The park’s thirsty wildlife gather at these spots for their refreshing waters.
We’ll grace the park with one more game drives as we exit, heading to Taita hills wildlife sanctuary where you get to view the beautiful landscape of the Taita hills.
As the sun begins to set and the park cools down will take an easy drive to Sarova Salt Lick Game Lodge for dinner and overnight stay.
Meals: Breakfast & Lunch
Morning game drives in Taita hills offer a wonderful opportunity to witness the wildlife in their active state.With over 300 birds species and 50 mammal species, the sanctuary offers a rich and vibrant ecosystem for nature enthusiasts. At this hour you may experience a wide array of bird life including various species of eagles, vultures and colourful songbirds.
After lunch,a drive through Taita hills offers a showcase of breathtaking scenery, characterized by rolling hills, lush landscapes and diverse ecosystem. As you traverse the sanctuary, you will be immersed in the beauty of the African Savannah with a magical experience of the sun as it begins to set, casting a warm glow over the landscape and wildlife freely roaming in their natural habitats, enroute to your hotels.
